Company Management
Company Management Intern Training:
Will assist the Company Manager in all daily Company Management including, but not limited to:
• Cleaning/setting up guest artist/intern housing
• Shopping for housing supplies
• Mail runs/ Mail distribution
• Writing AEA and SDC contracts as well as Letters of Intent for the Theatre
• Maintaining company vehicles
• Updating Company contact sheets, fob tracking sheet and housing chart
Basic Qualifications:
• Have a high school diploma
• Interest in Administrative work
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook programs
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to problem-solve
• Customer service experience encouraged
All Interns:
• Achieve proficiency on additional duties as assigned by their Department Supervisor or other management designee.
• The THEATRE reserves the right to add or alter performance dates/ times, rehearsals, and schedules any time.
