Our internship program is designed for emerging theatre artists who want real, hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced regional theatre environment. Interns are fully integrated into the production process and play an active role in bringing our season to life.

Florida Rep recruits interns annually through the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC). We encourage interested applicants to connect with us there to learn more about available opportunities.
