Tickets for Florida Repertory Theatre Productions can only be purchased by calling Florida Rep’s Box Office, visiting the Window, or the floridarep.org Website. We Cannot Guarantee tickets purchased from another entity.

On the Phone
Phone lines to the Box Office are closed after business hours and are not answered. The Box Office opens through intermission to each performance (1 hour prior to each summer performance) for walk-up sales and remains open until the start of the performances.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales purchased online are subject to a transaction fee.

Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Ticket prices, performance dates, artists, and seating availability are subject to change without notice.

Ticket Pickup
Printed tickets are available at the Box Office during regular business hours or at Will Call beginning two hours prior to your scheduled performance.
Only the purchaser of record may pick up tickets or make changes to an account unless another individual has been authorized in advance.
If someone else will be picking up your tickets, please notify the Box Office before your performance by email, phone, or written authorization. Subscribers may also designate additional authorized individuals on their account by contacting the Box Office.
If your tickets have been exchanged, please be sure to obtain your updated tickets with the correct performance date, time, and seating assignment. Only the most current tickets are valid for admission.
Exchanges & Account Credits
All ticket sales are final; however, tickets may be exchanged or converted to an account credit up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled performance. To help you manage your reservation, a performance reminder is emailed to the address on file 96 hours before your scheduled performance, providing ample time to make any eligible changes within the 72-hour exchange window.

A $10 exchange fee per ticket applies to non-subscribers.

Subscribers receive complimentary exchanges with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of exchange.

No refunds or credits will be issued for exchanges into lower-priced performances or seating.

FLEX PASS credits must be used during the season in which they were issued.
Refunds are issued only if Florida Repertory Theatre cancels a performance.

Theatre spaces may be cool, so a light jacket is recommended.

Parking
Limited complimentary parking is available in the lot across from the Bay Street Theatre entrance beginning two hours prior to curtain.
Please do not arrive early to park OR line up on the street before the lot opens, as traffic must remain clear.
Please note that the parking lot has uneven terrain and limited lighting. Guests should use caution when entering and exiting.
Arrival & Late Seating
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we encourage you to arrive early and be seated at least 15 minutes before the designated show time.
Late seating is permitted only at designated breaks and is at the discretion of theatre management.

No late seating is permitted after the curtain speech has concluded.
Arcade Theatre

Late arrivals may be asked to wait for an appropriate seating break or, if necessary, forgo admission.

Guests may be seated in alternate locations when appropriate.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
Accessibility
Designated wheelchair-accessible seating is available but limited. Please contact the Box Office at 239-332-4488 at least 72 hours prior to your performance so we can best accommodate your needs.
Children
Children under the age of four are not permitted at regular performances unless otherwise noted for a special event.
Management reserves the right to ask families with disruptive children to step into the lobby if necessary.
Theatre Etiquette
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone:

Please silence all mobile phones and electronic devices before the performance begins and keep them silenced throughout the performance.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during performances.

Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is prohibited anywhere inside Florida Repertory Theatre.

Patrons are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward performers, staff, volunteers, and fellow guests.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with the enjoyment of others.
Restricted Areas
For the safety of our artists, staff, and guests, patrons must remain in designated public areas at all times.
Access to dressing rooms, backstage areas, private hallways, rehearsal spaces, and administrative offices is prohibited unless participating in an authorized backstage tour or group program arranged in advance.
