Michael Marotta**

Michael Marotta** (Director/Choreographer) is delighted to return to his home away from home here at Florida Rep having been a visiting artist since its inception as both actor and director. Recent directing credits here include An Inspector Calls on the main stage and in the ArtStage: I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti and A Grand Night for Singing. He appeared here in Tenderly: the Rosemary Clooney Musical (also Cincinnati Playhouse, Tennessee Shakes, Northcoast Rep, Ivoryton Playhouse, Hilton Head). Other notable credits include TV’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and recent theater: Off Broadway’s Romeo & Bernadette (NY Times Critics Pic), The MUNY and STAGES, St. Louis, Harbor Lights Theatre, Carnegie Hall and the Signature Theater, NYC, Cincinnati Pops and Florida Studio. A NYC native, Michael has appeared in national commercials and is twice the recipient of both the MAC Award and BACKSTAGE Bistro Award.
