LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Repertory Theatre invites SWFL to immerse themselves in the perfect blend of mystery, holiday cheer, and classic literature with the season’s latest production, “A Sherlock Carol.”
Mark Shanahan’s inventive whodunit fuses the worlds of Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
“A Sherlock Carol” will grace the Historic Arcade Theatre stage in Downtown Fort Myers from Dec. 1 to 17.
The storyline unfolds on Christmas Eve when a grown-up Tiny Tim, now a doctor named Timothy Cratchit, seeks the help of Sherlock Holmes in solving a mystery involving Ebenezer Scrooge.
Holmes, although hesitant at first, eventually embarks on an investigation involving the spirits of the past, present, and future.
