In 2015, Florida Rep took audiences out to dinner with the much talked about hit one-woman show, I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti in the ArtStage Studio Theatre. Based on the memoir by Giulia Melucci and adapted by Jacques Lamarre, the play told the story of one woman’s loves and losses and the recipes that made her love life cook. Directed by Michael Marotta and starring Ensemble Member Michelle Damato, the show was a master class in acting AND cooking. Damato cooked a three-course meal onstage every night and served it to four lucky tables. This episode of Stage@Home reunites Michael and Michelle. It also welcomes Giulia Melucci and Jacques Lamarre back to Florida Rep – the author of the best-selling memoir and the playwright who adapted it into a one-woman romantic comedy!
