Juanita Lolita’s comedy career kicked off when a coworker secretly signed her up for an open mic. Within a year, she was performing for more than 7,000 women at a church conference in Atlanta, and she’s been touring the country ever since. She’s been voted Best of the Bay by Creative Loafing, named a finalist for Florida’s Funniest Person by Rooftop Comedy, and most recently was a finalist in The World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas. She’s also been featured on NBC, ABC, and CTN. Known for blending her Latin flair with her hillbilly roots, Juanita has become a crowd favorite. She’s proud to deliver hysterical, relatable comedy without relying on profanity, drawing on everyday observations and wrapping up each show with her fan-favorite segment: her “list of things she doesn’t understand.”
