Role Overview:
The Wardrobe Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of costume-related tasks during rehearsals and performances. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for theatre.
Responsibilities:
Costume Management: Oversee the care, maintenance, and organization of all costumes throughout dress rehearsals and performances.
Wig Management: Oversee the care, maintenance, and organization of all wigs throughout dress rehearsals and performances.
Team Leadership: Supervise the Wardrobe Crew, providing guidance and support.
Paperwork: Create necessary paperwork for each production, including costume change and dresser plots, preset lists, and understudy costume plots.
Quick Changes: Determine quick change locations, set up quick change booths, and choreograph quick changes as needed.
Alterations and Repairs: Coordinate minor alterations or repairs and collaborate with the Costume Shop Supervisor on major alterations.
Costume Strike: Supervise the costume strike, including laundry, dry cleaning, rental returns, and restocking of costumes.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in wardrobe management or related roles.
Skills:

Wig experience
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of costume maintenance and cleaning.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Passion: A genuine love for theatre and a commitment to creating memorable productions.
