Stand-up Comedy with Headliner: Fred Rubino: Stand-up Comedian

Trish’s comedy blends sharp social satire, personal truth, and a whole lot of attitude. After eight years of “hard time” in Catholic school, she made parole—and took her quick wit and biting sarcasm straight to the stage.

Inspired by icons like Paula Poundstone, Joan Rivers, and Wanda Sykes, Trish has built a voice that’s entirely her own, performing stand-up across the country with a style that’s both fearless and relatable.

She got her start performing daily at Universal Studios before heading to Chicago to train with legendary acting teacher Uta Hagen. She later studied improv under Del Close at Second City, and continued developing her craft with ensembles at The Annoyance Theatre and ImprovOlympic.

Trish has appeared in film and television projects including ER, Return to Me, Chicago Hope, and Early Edition, and even worked on Ocean’s 11—where she jokes she was “basically paid to stalk” George Clooney.

A seasoned performer, Trish regularly headlines clubs, colleges, and corporate events nationwide. She’s a divisional finalist for the Boston Comedy Festival and Florida’s Funniest Comedy Competition, and a three-time featured performer at the Tampa Bay Comedy Festival.

In addition to stand-up, Trish is a director, educator, and adjunct professor. She holds a Master’s degree in Theatre from Florida State University and is an accomplished stage actress, earning a STAR Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Blanche in Brighton Beach Memoirs.

She has shared the stage with top comedians including Kathleen Madigan, Jay Mohr, Richard Lewis, Jeff Dunham, D. L. Hughley, and many more.

Whether she’s on stage, in the classroom, or working behind the scenes, Trish brings a sharp perspective, quick improvisation, and a knack for making every performance feel one-of-a-kind.
