is a freelance percussionist and drummer with over 15 years of professional musical theatre experience across regional and national stages. Based in Southern Utah, Ro is one of the house drummers at Tuacahn Center for the Arts in Ivins, Utah. Select credits include the regional premiere of Disney’s Frozen (Tuacahn), A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Tuacahn), Cabaret (Kayenta Center for the Arts), and Rock of Ages (The Stage Door). Ro has also toured nationally with Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, performing at venues across the East Coast of the United States and Canada. In addition to theatre work, Ro is an active performer in the contemporary jazz scene, playing with the St. George Jazz AllStars, the Rebel Jazz Band, and the St. George Jazz Festival alongside guest artists such as Sal Lozano, Etienne Charles, and Miguel Zenón.
