Jorge Ylisastigui

is a saxophonist and musician hailing from Fort Myers, Florida. He began playing the saxophone at the age of 11 and later pursued his passion for jazz at the University of North Florida, where he earned his degree in Jazz Studies. Over the years, Jorge has performed at various venues across Florida, showcasing his versatility in both solo and ensemble settings. His professional experience includes performances with the Fort Myers Theatre for A Chorus Line, as well as touring with The Velvet Underground Show, a popular cabaret production. In addition to his performance work, Jorge is the jazz saxophone instructor and jazz faculty member at the Fort Myers Yamaha Music School, where he teaches students of all ages and instruments. He also regularly performs at weddings through Curate Entertainment. Currently, Jorge is building an R&B band where he plays both saxophone and piano. With a commitment to music education and performance, he continues to share his love for jazz and beyond with audiences and students alike.
