FORT MYERS, Fla. —

On Tuesday, on “Good Morning Gulf Coast,” the talented cast of “Shrek the Musical, Jr.” joined us in the studio to preview their upcoming opening night at Florida Rep in downtown Fort Myers.

We were joined by five members of the cast, as well as the director of the show and education program, Monique Caldwell.

Caldwell explained that the show has lots of creative twists that they have implemented, including an original set.

Opening night is Friday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. Showtimes will be at 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays. Their last performance is on Sunday, Sept. 21.
