About Florida Repertory Theatre
Originally from Tennessee, Micah-Shane is excited to join the company of Night and Day! As an actor, Micah-Shane has appeared regionally in works like Doubt (Father Flynn), Sweeney Todd (Tobias), Spamalot (Sir Robin), Sunday in the Park with George (George), Time Stands Still (Jamie), The Full Monty (Malcolm), and more. As a director, Micah-Shane has led over 60 productions. Favorite directing credits include Ragtime, Chicago, Les Miserables, Follies, One Man Two Guvnors, and City of Conversation. Micah-Shane holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, as well as Bachelor degrees in both music and theatre from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has also worked as a pianist in cabarets and piano bars, including the popular Marie’s Crisis in New York City. His work has been published in “The Sondheim Review.” Proud member of Actors’ Equity Association.
