About Florida Repertory Theatre
is thrilled to be returning to Florida Rep for A Doll’s House, Part Two! She received her M.F.A. in Costume Design and Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi in May 2017 and earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts at Catawba College in 2014. Selected Regional and Summer Theatre Credits: Clue- the play (Cumberland County Playhouse), Hay Fever, Becoming Dr. Ruth (Florida Repertory Theatre); Junie B. Jones; The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe; Refugee (world premiere) (Florida Rep TYA Tours); Matilda, Newsies, A Chorus Line, Heathers (Florida Rep Education Conservatory); The Rho (a premiere adaptation of Aphra Behn’s The Rover) (Georgia State University Players); The Drowsy Chaperone (Bigfork Summer Playhouse); Junie B. Jones (Hope Summer Repertory Theatre); Almost, Maine; Pinocchio’s Sister (world premiere) (St. Thomas Players). Featured designs from her collegiate career include: Tartuffe, Silent Sky, The Matchmaker, Violet (USM); The Importance of Being Earnest, Once on This Island, Charlotte’s Web (Catawba). Jacquelyn’s technical work appeared on stages across the country, including Montana, Utah, Michigan, Mississippi, Georgia, Virginia, and North Carolina. She also received National Awards for her work in costumes including First Place at KC-ACTF Region IV twice for her Costume Designs for The Matchmaker (2017) and Violet (2016), as well as the Marian A. Smith Costume Scholarship from SETC’s Graduate Scholarships in 2014. Jacquelyn enjoys spending her off-time reading, writing, playing board games, and going on adventures.
