Florida Rep’s 2012-2013 Season Subscription Packages are ready for you to consider as we begin our annual renewal campaign. Ten professional productions in two theatre spaces, our main stage (The Arcade Theatre) and the soon-to-be completely renovated Florida Rep Studio Theatre’s ArtStage, are planned with the most variety in our history. Unforgettable comedies, classic drama, recent Broadway shows and the longest-running musical in New York City history take you through time and space as we visit characters and conflict, find love and celebrate the holidays, dissect families and make new friends. In 2012-2013, 9-, 8-, or 7-Show Subscription Packages reserve best seats for you and yours. The very popular FlexPass is available in 6 or more show admissions for those of you needing greatest flexibility. Never have you had so many choices and opportunities to see Southwest Florida’s premier professional theatre heralded, once again, by The Wall Street Journal “as good as Broadway!”

FLORIDA REP STUDIO THEATRE'S ArtStage
Very generously, our board member and dear friend, Arthur Zupko, made more than a $100,000 donation to our capital campaign to fully renovate the studio space. ArtStage drew the support of so many of the rest of you over the past several months. Bids are underway by contractors who will remove the center and end columns clearing all sight lines and permitting various configurations such as theatre in the round. Comfortable new seats have already been purchased and next season all studio productions will enjoy reserved seating, and you, our subscriber, get first choice. The new space will seat more than 120 patrons with a larger stage area, which allows for larger cast plays and musicals. Thank you so very much for making this happen for the community. And, yes, Virginia, America’s favorite elf, Crumpet, is back in The Santaland Diaries, again as an add-on to any subscription package. Deck the halls!

NEARLY SOLD-OUT PREVIEW SUBSCRIPTION SERIES
On Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8:00 pm and on Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 pm during the first week of each main stage production, greatly discounted subscriptions are available for the most budget conscious patron. Keeping the arts – especially theatre – available to all, the preview series is near capacity; so don’t delay in subscribing to one of the first three performances if that series is right for you. News Flash: Due to demand for more discounted subscription pricing, you can now choose the lone Sunday evening performance for each production at 7:00pm, again during the first week of every show, and get the same discounts as a preview series!

We are holding your seats for renewal until April 30. Savings are the greatest in years (15% - 38%) for all subscribers who renew their packages now. No exchange fees for those who subscribe. 9-, 8-, or 7-Show Subscription Series provide best value with absolutely best reserved seating. Our always-popular FlexPasses are available for 6 or more admissions and with the same great savings. You can choose your dates in advance or as the season moves along. You can use your FlexPass to see all the productions or as any number of admissions to a particular show. And, if all your FlexPass admissions are used earlier in the season, simply buy another.
